Here's a quick and easy recipe that we've been loving lately. It's healthy too, which completes the trifecta of goodness.
You'll need:

2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed |

1 plum tomato, roughly chopped |
 |
1/2 onion, roughly chopped (excuse the dark picture) |
 |
1/2 tablespoon cilantro |
 |
1 tablespoon cumin |
 |
3 tablespoons lime juice |
 |
3 teaspoons hot sauce |
 |
salt to taste |
 |
Throw all ingredients (except salt) into food processor |
 |
"Blend" in food processor until smooth. Add salt to taste. |
 |
Garnish with cilantro and chopped bell pepper (or tomato). Don't forget this part because-let's be honest-this dip resembles a bowl of doo-doo. Although it may not look appetizing, it is. I promise. How's that for a ringing endorsement? |
