It's snowed here lately. A lot.
We had 2 snow storms back to back, with a really warm day in the middle. Typical random Kansas. After a couple of mild winters, it was actually fun! Well...it was fun if you weren't sick and didn't have to be out on patrol on the horrible roads in the middle of a blizzard helping a moron driving a teeny tiny "smart" car get out of a ditch.
Poor Andy! But honestly, the police crown vics with their bald tires and the detective cars...wait for it...Toyota Prius' (Prii? Priuses?) weren't any better. They got stuck all over town. Pathetic. On the bright side, Andy being out in the first snow storm made his cold a million times worse, so he stayed home to rest during the second snow storm. We got a nice, cozy, relaxing, germy day at home. Thankful he got to rest, though!
Okay. Back to the fun stuff. My cute 3 year old in the snow. Fair warning...2 snow days worth of pictures here. You've been warned...
Lesson learned: we should invest in snow boots for our child. And some snow gear that isn't size "18 months." He's a trooper, though. And it really helps you balance if you stick your tongue out...
He helped his sick Daddy shovel...
Then, he tried to bust my camera...
He made sure the car stayed "warm"...
He jumped...
Finished product...
He got pelted...
Again...
And again...
And again, and again...
Then handed out paybacks...

Then handed out paybacks...
Grumpy Cat made an appearance on the warm day...
That's better!
Did you have fun despite your embarrassing snow gear?
Snowmageddon 2013!!
